It’s been a while since I’ve shared much of my portrait work. I think I grew so accustomed to sharing a select few of my favorite images on Instagram, that I stopped making the effort to share more over here on the blog. But now that I’ve stepped away from the social media platform, I definitely hope to share more of my work over here! And this shoot, while so very simple, is definitely worth the share. Here’s a little bit about it:
A couple weeks before Mother’s Day, my friend Tonie emailed me saying that her grandma was very ill, and likely on her last days. She told me how it was so hard to watch her mom struggle with loosing her own mother. And so she decided for Mother’s Day, she would gift her a photoshoot to put into pictures just how much she means to her!
